I called after having problems for about a week… I gave it a week to clear up the problem because it had happened where the service was going in and out and we didn’t have internet access. Tech support handled the problem quickly and I didn’t have to wait long for good results as the tech knew what he was doing!!! Next time I will call sooner… thanks for the good experience!

vyve internet service is excellent; however, the customer service as this particular office is cringeworthy . maybe, let's not give the children jobs if they don't know up from down, or anything in between?

VyveBroadand is the best internet provider I've ever had. The person I spoke to this afternoon was friendly, kind and help me with the documents that I needed. Our internet does go down but not very often. With the last major storm, lightning hit across the street and fried the modem and eero, we were without internet for almost 24 hrs.

Great customer service, knowledgeable techs. Professional service all around and excellent services, im in rural area I had at&t Installed slow dsl internet that stopped working same day on the phone hours with at&t technician nothing sent new modem nothing, last call to at&t I was told they could not get another tech out here for another week, this is new no service not work a week after fresh install and they told me another week, I called vyve was told they'll have a tech out next day 8 am Hmmmmmm ....at&t you're 1 of largest communication companies yet this new company a small company has made you lose another customer 1 by
1 we'll go, poor a$$ service what you expect,,,,whooped by a baby giant in the making thank you Vyve ,1 step at a time you'll be #1

We are an ambulance service in Arkansas and cannot get Vyve to correct the issues with our phones. We have contacted them over and over again but still have phones that will not work. Our experience with this company has been shoddy work and terrible customer service.
