Very unprofessional in handling billing. Didn’t even send paper bill to non-profit church just emailed to me personally instead of mailing bill directly to the church clerk as I informed him to do. Mind you this was all taking place during COVID-19 and I called yesterday to remind him once again to please send invoice to church directly so it can be paid kind you it is small amount $150 but was so rude and hung up the phone had no understanding of what had happened and completely no care or regard. Quality of work is fair to be honest very messy and even connections were not secure on Cat 6 cable connections for video system as well as audio for video was not properly set up either. We had to in turn recently hire another company to come in to repair what was not completed by SideTraxx.
