As two motorcyclist, coming in after a four hour ride, really wanting something to eat, and especially drink, we placed our order and stood there, waiting on our waters to be handed to us. The cashier walked away and was playing on his phone, and we politely asked for our drinks, and his response was that he would bring it to our table. we went to our table and waited for about eight minutes before going back to the counter and asking again in which his response was still I will bring it to you. Aside from cleaning off the seats in the table, top floor, our own booth, which was the cleanest out of all seats in the restaurant, have we not have already paid we would have left. We told him we wanted our drinks now; he then put his phone down and grabbed our drinks. When we went for a refill, the young lady did not even put ice in the cups just what seem to be tapwater. Watching her clean the tables she missed the entire table top leaving food and crumbs all over it for the next customer. Every table in the restaurant had food either on the table or on the seats and napkins and trash or under each table as well. From a town that I was traveling through where family lives, and I had been to in the past, I expected more, but this location did not even meet the bare minimum. Management or franchise owners need to be fully aware of how their location is being ran by 25-year-old and under crew.

Goes to show to not go off of reviews. No fountain area. $3 for a bottle coke no refills so if eating in keep that in mind. Food was decent. Staff was friendly.

Area manager Diaz was making my pizza when i found hair and what look like to be saliva with her bare hands also touching the food! do not recommend!! and don't work here!!

Dequeen Pizza Hut. Thank you for the totally delicious pizza! Great job and it was delicious!

Also a big thanks to your town. I was treated badly in Oklahoma and was feeling very down. The good people of Dequeen put a smile on my face again. Very nice town. Thanks again.

This is the second time I have had a problem with the store. The first time was a few weeks prior where I placed an order and got 3 completely wrong pizzas and the guy working had the audacity to tell me he could fix it for free… today I ordered online again and only received half my order after having to wait an additional 15 minutes after the order was suppose to be ready. The money was refunded for the missing cheese sticks but I am honestly fed up at this point. I’ll make sure to take my business elsewhere next time I want pizza

The new Detroit pizza is pretty good. I ordered from online to the local DeQueen Pizza Hut. The order was ready on time and was fresh and hot. Good pizza and good service .
