Parachute Media is very professional and talented. The staff are easy to work with and patient! Kudos to this team for pulling off a very difficult photoshoot in extremely cold temperatures in Michigan and having a great attitude throughout the whole thing. Booked for a shoot and they cancelled the day before. Seemingly disorganized, very last minute.

UPDATE: They did actually reach out as their response below shows, attempting to “take care” of things by offering to pay me off in the amount of my original booking fee to remove my one star review. After reluctantly agreeing to this second hand attempt at making things right, they ALSO backed out on this deal after I refused to remove my review before seeing any type of payment (obviously the correct move, knowing what I know now). I’m not sure they were ever going to pay me in the first place. Untrustworthy company that buys their high review rating. This one star review is well deserved, and probably a long time coming.

UPDATE #2: They’ve now changed their initial response to include details about the location. Our home was booked as the shoot location. So the “set” was to be our house and they would have had to move it nowhere. Know where you are booking before you confirm it and people make their schedules around it.

Don’t waste your time. Disorganized, very last minute, and have a habit of making promises they don’t keep. Find a better company to deal with.
