Poor experience twice. They are local to me, so I gave the benefit of the doubt on the first visit, as I too was late picking up. No communication after commissioning the work. Took over a month to get 3 shirts the first time.
When I picked up the others, I asked to purchase hats and shirts to be printed, and I brought more of my own. Same scenario, no return phone calls, nothing had been done in over a month.

Quality product for what I did receive, but poor service.

Victor was great initially. He filled half my order within 2 days. Paid him for my total order when I went to pick up the 1st half of my order b/c I was so impressed. He then ghosted me for 4 weeks. Kept saying he was going to do a mock up etc. Never got back to me. I had to go in and get a refund for the rest of my order. Very disappointing since he was highly recommended.

Made an order around the first of November. Unfortunately I have still not received and it’s now January. I was told they had a big order and that they hadn’t had time to do my order. Victor told me that they would do the order and even delivery to me. I have called numerous times and I’ve been there twice. Victor was too busy to speak with me and explain why I haven’t received my order. I guess my order wasn’t big enough for his concern. I want be using Mission screen printing anymore.

Victor and his Missions team do a great job screen printing. I've used them for years to make shirts for when I worked at Wal-Mart and for Toshiba. He has always had everything in stock, all done and ready to go on time! Great customer service!!

Being a previous Screen printer I highly recommend Mission custom screen-printing. Victor is honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. If you have a small order or a large order he is beyond fair with his pricing. Especially with those small orders that you might need for your Bible class, family reunion, special occasions, sports team, or any event you may be wanting a keepsake memory. He was helpful, friendly, honest, and professional. No price gouging here.
