I have been in business for 2 decades. Finding a reliable company for your marketing needs is not always an easy task. Jen and Chad are standup people and their attention to detail has resulted in a repeat customer time and time again. From our business cards, parking lot signs, hats, shirts and jackets, they have never disappointed. I can explain to them what's in my head and their ability to design it is amazing. We sent are office manager to request a T-shirt order this was the a second order the first order was our fault and we gave the wrong sizes over . So we placed a second order to correct the problem we needed 17 extra large T-shirts because the first order did not contain any extra large sizes My office manager paid for the shirts in good faith before opening the box after opening the box we realized they were 17 double larges which are useless to us. My office manager went back down with the shirts trying to resolve the issue in some manner but was basically told that it was our fault for not paying attention to what she wrote down we were given no receipt with the T-shirt sizes

This of course was $500 in T-shirts
If you use this company I would recommend you take a picture of when she writes down the sizes and hopefully they will come to some agreement with you because they basically told us to take a hike this was my third order with the company and there will be no further orders.....

This company did a HORRIBLE job on my vehicles wrap. I even got comments from strangers on how pixelated it looked and the little cuts that were all over it. They claim that their installers are certified but I spoke with an owner and he informed me that he trained this one himself and did not see the point in getting him certified. Well, I didn't pay over $3,300 for a homeschooled installer. I expected professional work. Seriously disappointed. My vehicle unfortunately was totaled shortly after the install and now they won't even offer me a reasonable refund on their poor work. $200 when I paid over $3,300. There were areas the metal surface was exposed, random white spots where they ran out of printed vinyl and just decided to keep going. One area was already peeling off, and on one phone number, there were cuts going through the numbers. The image THEY provided was so pixelated, the pixels were about 1 square centimeter in size. BUYER BEWARE.

They now claim that it is my logo which was pixelated, which it was, but I am complaining about the background image, which THEY did provide off Shutterstock. It was incredibly pixelated.
They now also claim I am retaliating due to not getting all the money I want. I posted this review BEFORE they threatened me with legal action, but now they want to play victim. Since the moment I started noticing errors, I was irritated, but what most disturbs me is the poor customer service. I have never been served such attitude. When the designer props her hand on her hip and demands "well, what do you want?!" Yes, I asked for $50 for my time to come back when they did a poor job. I own a business, and I don't have extra time to make multiple trips when others don't do their job well.
Nothing would make me happier than if they gave that $200 refund to my insurance company, because it's not because I want the money, it's because they don't deserve it.
