I just wanted to jump on here and post.
I opened my shop on Valentines Day in 2024 (a little over a year ago) I started my business using FSN (flower shop network) and I can not say enough good things about them! They are always there to help and talk through any questions that I have had. I am closing my account with them to move in a different direction but it has NOTHING to do with the business it has brought me or the kindness of their staff!
If you are a new business/ florist I highly recommend them! Especially if you are not good with understanding how to make a website etc! They helped to make my first year in business better than I could have dreamed!

Son ordered delivery for Mothers Day 2 weeks before actual date and still no sign. Tried to contact them by phone and just rings and rings with intermittent recording 'you are number 1 in the queue'. SHOP CONTACT NUMBER ENDING 3818 DOES NOT EXIST. No response to emails asking for updates from my son, refund would be nice as no delivery received, so thoughts go to scammers!!!!! DO NOT USE.

I purchased a funeral standing spray from Kay’s Desjgn Flower’s in February. I worked with Sherri on what I was wanting and she did an amazing job! I order a lot of funeral flowers for our company and it’s always concerning on how they will look because 9 times out of 10, I don’t attend the funeral. I just pray that they turned out beautiful. I was so happy to see this arrangement in person and it exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Sherri for your expertise, guidance, and professionalism.

This company is constantly calling my business to get us to join their network of florists, but when I request more information on their services, they fail to email me the requested information and they never follow up when I ask them to call me later in the week to discuss it further. This is exactly why our shop does not work with companies like this. Companies like FSN, Teleflora and FTD , they need shops like us WAY more than we need them.

Terrible. Cancelled saying no one to deliver flowers on the delivery due date. These flowers were for a 70th birthday for a person who was very important to me. Will never order from them again. Takes upto 10 days to get money back.

This company is a scam. They happily took my $111 although the local company does not deliver to the requested delivery address. They stated that they sent me an email with this information and in reality they did not. Avoid doing business with this company.

I have really enjoyed FSN. I appreciate that the florist gets the entire amount of their costs without any hidden fees. And they take the credit card processing fee. The only thing that I would like to see improved is 1. I have a beer and wine license and I am not able to offer this on the website because of their merchant vendor, and 2. I would like to be able to provide a receipt for our customers with the full amount paid. We have businesses that the receipt needs to match the charge. Other than that, all is great!

We are sooooo happy with FSN. It works for our shop. So much easier than other Wire Services.
