Easily the fastest turn around time out of any shop I've seen. The vinyl they use is top quality and the fact that they don't charge any digitizing fees is unheard of. I can see why they are the highest recommendation locally for custom apparel, decals, and embroidery. Their patience and kindness makes me a customer for life!

Initially chose Digital Art for their good pricing and lack of 'digitizing fee'. The design process was smooth and turnaround time was as promised. However, when I came to pick up my item, one of my (expensive) pieces had the logo screen printed on the wrong spot! All they did was comp me the $9 for the screen print...but ruined by $60 shirt. Won't be coming back here.

Told the lady I needed the shirt for recording my podcast. You know, where lights are pointed at me! I wait twice as long as I was told for a shirt that lights up like headlights from the glare off the glossy print. "No other surface but shiny" she says when I call to complain. She should have known this would be so reflective. She then says "oh sorry" and tells me where I should have gone instead. Garbage employee and garbage product.

This is now the second time they have given me back poor work. About a year ago I had a made that had words that were crooked. Just yesterday I picked up a shirt and the design on not what I wanted and wasn’t in the place we had decided upon. I went to them because they have a quick turnaround but it is not worth it if I’m not getting what I want.
