Best internet service in Monticello
All the people complaining about WiFi, I had the same problem till I got a WiFi extender, and a decent not a cheap one, it’s true you get what you pay for, also Ethernet will always be better than WiFi anyway, but if drops still occur then you might need a better router that has a more stable signal. Look up WiFi routers online and pay attn. to specs., reviews, and range ect.

Worst business ever. I paid my bill and got a call 10 minutes after leaving saying I needed to come back out and pay $59 more or it'll be disconnected. Go back to pay the $59 and was told I had to pay $85.03 or it'll be disconnected. Tried to get an explanation and nothing they said made any sense. A group of monkeys could run a business better than the people they have there.

The staff is friendly,but i think the price of service is a bit too high for the number of channels you receive.The picture reception is great,but i think they need to offer a more diverse variety of much more affordable packages or deals!

Was way better before they removed online bill pay. Great service but very inconvenient to have to call or personally go to Monticello or perchase a money order to pay my bill.

Very unpredictable cable and internet. Consistent problems not to mention the unprofessional manner in which they jumped my fence and went in the back yard while I'm not at home to finally repair cable laying on the ground.
