Great experience at bedford! They are very organized and knowledgeable about their products. An associate named Roger Fowler was an amazing person who gave all the details about cameras, some great humor, great sales expertise, and most of all the best customer service I’ve had! I enjoyed his talk and he makes Bedford look amazing! The customer service was out of this world! Roger deserves the raise! Good job Bedford!

I tell you one thing john Bradford is great he was patient very knowledgeable made me feel like we was old buddies I went to look around didn't now what if anything I wanted to buy walked out knowing exactly what I want even thought I ended up not buying anything (only couse it wasn't in stock) i will most definitely be giving bedford my business instead of best buy for sure. main thing is he didn't make me feel like the equipment price was out of my league and that means the most

Love Bedfords. When I started out (around 2018 I believe) they never tried to get me to go to the next latest and greatest thing. They were really trying to help. I still haven’t forgotten that. Just bought my first full frame camera and lense from them (online/shipped from Oklahoma I believe) and they filled it very quickly with good packaging. This will be my only shop for cameras/lenses and getting photos printed.

I am so thankful for Brandon Jennings at the Fayetteville Bedford camera and video. My son received a vintage Camera with all the bells and whistles, but I had no Clue how to help him get started. We walked in HOPING We would be able to buy film and were blessed with a mini lesson on how to actually use the camera! We left Bedford and Had a wonderful little photo shoot around Lake Fayetteville. I am incredibly grateful for Brandon’s willingness to spend time with my son!
