We love at&t but this store is targeting people and trying to oversell items. Tried to add a phone line to our original plan and was told our credit was too bad and had to pay the full amount of the phone or they couldn't help us. It's ridiculous to have to pay 2000$ just to get a phone when we already have a plan. We have great credit too, so I believe they are trying to get a larger percentage cut from over selling us. Because when we called at&t we were able to add a line for just the activation fee. We were lied to and it's ridiculous. We also made a report through at&t about this issue.

Sometimes they're a little snappy with customers, but I feel the same way sometimes and snap it on back. They know what they're doing that is a fact. They always greet you the minute you walk through the door. They are fast and precise in all details of their job. I believe they really enjoy the work and customers.
