Dustin was incredibly helpful!! My phone screen died and I needed a new phone ASAP. Dustin took the time to share information on my device options, and was never pushy or impatient. He then figured out how to transfer all my photos from a phone with a dead screen. Very friendly, professional, positive and knowledgeable. Will definitely return in the future, and I highly recommend!

Called a few days in advance to ask about pricing for a phone screen and lcd screen replacement. Told me it was no prob, I told them I'd call back and then make a time to come in and drop it off. Then I call a few days later, tells me they don't do screen repair or replacement. I don't understand, then he proceeds to say the other person working there was having a brain hemorrhage and didn't know what they where talking about, idk what happen but awful customer service. I will definitely let people know not to go here

Went in to upgrade my phone with Verizon, having had quite a bit problems with reps on phone we where about to just change companies if we had any problems… Dustin the sale rep was amazing!!! He understood what professionalism with warm friendliness was… He went way beyond to meet our needs (with out any hassle) to get us set up and making sure I understood how to use my new phone (without making me feel dumb)… taking time to fit me with the right phone case ( he had to try several cases), all of it he was very patient, warm and friendly.. Dustin safe the day & our account!

Just wow! As usual, exceptional service. I went in needing a new phone and got so much more. Arthur got me set up with a better plan that actually saved me about $30/month which ended up paying for my new phone. So I got a new phone, new updated plan and it didn't cost me anything additional every month! I am one happy girl. Dustin is totally awesome. Ask him anything technical and he knows the answer and explains it to you in a way you can totally understand. Love love love these guys!
