It takes them a long time to load, but you have to unhook, so you can go get food just don't go to far or take to long. It is best to have food on truck with you.

Avoid this place if you can! You’re gonna be stock here for a long time. If you have no option, be sure to have food and water. I give this place one star because there is no other option. I got here at 4:00 pm, they finished to load my trailer at 9:30 pm if you’re a owner operator and don’t want to waste time, and money, Do NOT come here. Too bad I checked the reviews after. ‍♂️

Go to back is the s&r office then if bring in rooms go the side docks separate and wait for paperwork

Arrived for 3pm appointment 30 minutes early and was put in dock door 11to be unloaded After unloading process heading around to shipping and got loaded for a LA run

I had to wait more time for them to finish the meeting, than to get loaded lol. Very fast loading 15 minutes,from the moment I get the dock,but I dis pickup load from their warehouse couple blocks from this location.

They do go by appt only. But I got here about 20 min before my appt time and was put in the door immediately. Unloaded immediately as well. Took about 20-30 min, max.
