I used to love my WiFi but then my father 78 was struggling with health problems and lost track of his bills and me having to take him to appointments had no idea they weren’t on auto pay so by the time I realized the WiFi had been turned off so as soon as I had the money I called to turn it back on and THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC absolutely ridiculous I called trying to get it turned back on and explained everything to the very rude I assume lady who was RUDE. Last I checked she didn’t get paid for being rude but I am apparently wrong then when I asked when my WiFi could be turned back on she got ATTITUDE. ? absolutely shocked by the rudest in her voice she says “ well it’s been off for a while it will take a while” and when I asked if there was a fee or sum I could pay to get it turned on sooner due to the fact of I need to my school and it’s online and she goes well it’s not like it’s a switch we can switch and when i said the rudest isn’t needed I was asking you a question and WOAH i must’ve hit her nerve ? safe to say I will be switching from artelco and recommend my friends and family to switch as well endless they are willing to deal with the rudeness

Kayla in the Fiber department has to be one of the most helpful, detailed, thorough, proactive and caring people I've ever dealt with in Customer Service. She listened to my urgency and cared that my remote work was being hampered by slow Arrowhead. I didn't even need to email for updates as she was on top of it. Now I have 150/150 fiber and work couldn't be happier, and I am thrilled as well with the Fiber service. The install went smoothly and the guys were helpful, informative and quick. Thank you Kayla for your help! A+. Thank you as well Tami for your amazing help. Hats off to you both.

Terrible company. Ripped customers off for decades until Petit Jean Fiber came along. Now they are trying to upgrade all their stuff they could have upgraded years and years ago so to stay relevant.

This is what poor structure and planning looks like when company owners are greedy. No forward thinking. Their profits are probably tanking by at least 1/3rd or more and I’m glad.

The systems they use are outdated. So many times over the course of the years our internet would go out and no one would have a clue why. Many people would come by and say we wouldnt have any issues and the next week it would go down. The ladies that answer the phone are always down right rude no matter what youre calling about. Last time my husband called he was hung up on because he was calling to tell them we were transferring providers. You guys seriously need to evaluate your employees attitudes and employ people who actually care. Not people who are rude and mean about everything. Systems that go down shouldnt be down for months either. Couldnt pay our bill with the online system for 2 months. Thats insane. Artelco is way behind the times and I think they are starting to realize this with the fiber competition now.

So far, so good. I just got service, and the man that came out and hooked up my service was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I was prepared for having to wait a few days before I could get service (to run lines to home). He had me up and running the same day, though. I wish I remembered his name, as I intended to call Artelco and let them know how good he was.
