This is the second time I have gone thru this company to order supply's. The first time in May I only recieved a partial order. I ordered print rolls that came in as a 5 pack. So I ordered 7, 5packs. Only to recieve 7 individual print rolls. It took almost another week to get the correct order.
I thought to see about trying again with no luck. Apparently they were out of a product and they had to get it ordered, at no time was I notified. I also order 3, 5 packs of the same print rolls, only to recieve 1 of the 3, 5 packs.
I call the company, and yes the lady was very nice. But it has taken all morning to figure out when I can expect the rest of my order.
We will not be ordering from this Company again. They are or seem to be very, very disorganized.

They send out orders that are messed up so they’ll hit a deadline and say aww shucks if you notice. It’s cheap but you get what you pay for.

Since 2010 I've been using WTS as a blank media printer.

The workmanship and quality of the media itself is great, and the prices can't be beat.

However, twice now out of the 8 orders I've placed with them, my order has been fulfilled incorrectly. Rather than the printed DVD-Rs I ordered I've received printed CD-Rs.

Last time this happened (2010) I was made to pay for a reprint onto the proper media (at reduced cost).

Seeing as how it's just happened again, even if I get my DVDs printed and shipped back at no cost to me, I can no longer afford to keep missing deadlines due to faulty printing.

I will be satisfying my printing needs elsewhere going forward.

WTS Media is one professional company and has an unbelievable staff including Jeff Mankin, National Sales Manager! On my first call to the company I knew I was going to be in good hands. Jeff gave me every detail and answered all of my questions to make sure that I would be satisfied with my finished product. It was perfection!

As a Producer and Director of a musical about "The Life and Music of George Gershwin," I wanted to be sure that I had the production captured for DVD for its cast and stage crew. The reason being it involved 52 songs, a lot of hard work and a massive cast of players and orchestra! We had to have it for posterity!

Thank you, Jeff Mankin and WTS MEDIA, for a first class job on the DVD's and more so on the printing and colorwork of the DVD case. You guys are great and I will never have a problem telling everyone about the quality of work and I will be back to see you again for more DVD

I can't rave enough about the service, product quality and value I received from WTS Media. I am so happy I went with them and will definitely use WTS in the future.

First of all, I was getting a small batch of CDs reproduced. Just 100. Most large duplication companies were going to charge me almost $300 including shipping. I paid $120 with WTS and was able to skip shipping because I could pick up locally at their office.

My sales rep was fantastic. I had questions about the design and the three times I called the customer service department, I talked to someone immediately or received a phone call/follow-up email back within an hour.

A few days after I'd submitted my masters for the CD, I asked my sales rep if there was time to halt production of the CD because I wanted to add a few extra tracks. He responded immediately-- caught the CD before it went to be duplicated-- and added the extra tracks that I requested. No extra charge. He really went out of his way to cater to my needs. I was so grateful!

My CD was finished 36 hours before the original deadline they gave me! It looks and sounds perfect.

Their website is also exceptionally user-friendly and modern. WTS Media gives you the personal touch of a small-town business with professionalism to beat any of the larger companies! I'm so impressed.

I've always had a great experience with WTS Media. They have a professional staff and their products are very sturdy and professional. They have decent shipping and turn-around times. I just wish I could catch a special or sale more often, other than that they are great.

I have heard nothing but awful things about this company. The fire all of their black employees and micromanage them just to give them a hard time. The two people I hear the most about is Jill and Karen and how they are horrible people.
