Working with Wonderist has been one of my favorite start-up journey experiences thus far! With the help of Garrett, Brittany, Grace, and Nicole. We created my logo, website, marketing plan, and overall brand. They made such huge undertakings feel less overwhelming, while allowing me to really enjoy these creative processes. It is so odd to me that Wonderist has so many five star reviews. I’m wondering if I just have not been assigned the same great people as others who have given them rave reviews. I hired them to take over and revamp my website and adwords campaign several months ago. I had to fill out pages and pages of documentation describing my business and my goals (my previous website company had made it easy on me, calling me and having a two hour interview to get to know my business while THEY took notes.) After I submitted all of that paperwork to them, it seemed to take forever for them to get back to me regarding any campaign strategy or website improvements. I tried contacting my assigned person, Paul, and very often would get immediate return messages stating that he was out of the office for several days. Then after a few months I was notified that Paul is no longer with the company. Then we were assigned a new person to handle our account. This person seem to know nothing about our company, setting up a meeting with us and a couple of their team members and suggesting campaigns that totally did not fit with our image. It was as if they had not familiarized themselves with who we were at all. I’m now feeling very frustrated, especially since I was handing my company over to my associate and trying to get my marketing established and set up well for her so that ownership transition could go smoothly (and I am staying on as an associate so I do care.) I feel like have dumped on her a bunch of marketing problems. Very disappointed so far with the services of Wonderist.

They were both so patient as I changed my mind a million times on the logo design and did such an excellent job helping me organize my thoughts and vision. We started working with Wonderist a few months ago after speaking to Garrett who showed tremendous amount of flexibility in working with our ever changing transition schedule. During the transition and throughout the onboarding process, the entire team has been absolutely amazing in terms of clear communication, coordination, planning and more importantly implementation, a stark contrast to what we had experienced before. Throughout this time, we had the pleasure of working with Ashley who's been the main POC and conductor of the orchestra if you will. She has been a pleasure to work with and has great leadership traits. Bobby has been coordinating our new website design and she's been a exemplary in terms of fielding our questions and address our specific needs, while Alex has been running our new ad campaign effectively and efficiently. We're very happy with the decision we made to switch over to Wonderist from another provider. The only regret we have is that we couldn't partner with them sooner.

Wonderist has been amazing to work with! From the beginning, they have been proactive with getting me on-boarded and laying out the plan of action for my marketing package. I want to give a shoutout to Kaylee, my account manager during the starting phase. Emails are promptly responded to. The whole beginning process was very tedious but because of the amazing team, the process has been pretty seamless. I love all the outcome from the logo and brand creation to the website design and so much. If there was an issue or problem, it was promptly attended to and fixed. I had an incredible experience with Wonderist and would recommend them to anybody looking to spruce up their website, logo, marketing, etc. I recently purchased a pediatric dental practice and the existing website and logo were a bit dated.

I worked with Kaylee and Lauren to "refresh" the logo and could not be happier. The new logo is still very recognizable but a much more modern and cleaner take. This redesign was then incorporated seamlessly into the new website, which I am also very pleased with.

The communication with everybody involved has been stellar, as well as the enthusiasm of all members of the team. Thank you to Wonderist for helping to kickstart the transition of my practice!
