Horrible experience!! I ordered 3 different flavors and it had NO sauce, pretty much plain and dry wings. Not sure why they’re so stingy with the sauces here. Every time I order, it’s always the same. I decided to call and speak to the manager which was nice and understanding at the time of the call and she did offer 10 free boneless wings for the issue. When I called to place the order and get my free wings, her attitude changed. She was mean and bothered for me to get my free wings. I had also placed a separate order that same day and come to find out the free wings and the ones I purchased were cold and not enough sauce again, very dry. Not sure why they offer free wings for the inconvenience and then be mean at the time of order and pickup and they weren’t even fresh and not enough sauce. Not ordering from here anymore! And do yourself a favor and DON’T come here!!!

Super slow service. Takes forever to get your food. Food was ready in front of me for 10 minutes before someone came out to hand it to me. Completely cold when received.

Wings were barely tossed with any sauce. Practically dry wings. Terrible experience overall

Such a horrible experience, how do your automated service get the order wronumber? 2, why do you not state that you are inside of a shopping center? Especially for people who do not live here. 3. is no Ringer or buzzer. You literally have to knock on the window to get service for someone to give you your food. #4 some one at the window who understands english well and is not trying to pick up on key words would be extremly helpful. The wing stop worker came to me with a phone to translate a message that the manager is in the bathroom and i need to wait after already waiting 25 min for them to correct my order.. this is ridiculous

Worst wingstop I’ve ever been to. They got my 40 boneless wings order wrong. It was supposed to be 4 sauces and they gave me 2. They also didn’t give us any of the ranch we asked for. The boneless wings were also so small that it was pretty much all breading. I feel disrespected since I’m from the origin of wingstop. Do not come here I beg you. I never review restaurants because it’s not really worth the time, but as a passionate wingstop lover I feel it is my duty to let yall know. This place is terrible I’m so sad.

Food was amazing (per usual) as was the service. John was very friendly and helpful when our online order wouldn’t go through due to the late time. He was also very accommodating and generous with the changes we made to our order which we appreciated a lot. Will definitely be coming back!

Honestly it’s Wingstop I’m not expecting much but for there legit to be 0 sauce on my Cajun wings, or original hot to look like a plain wing is horrible. This was the first and last time I will eat here. Honestly it’s Wingstop like how hard is it to just put sauce or lemon pepper on wings? Ordered this in January and wasn’t going to leave a review but my friend ordered wings for themselves yesterday and the same thing happened. Horrible!

is closed, the system that they use to give orders is really bad. for sure they don’t want to work, if they would want to work they change this system, is the worse in the life for give orders. closed the store if you don’t want to work! terrible system to give orders, it’s crazy

It’s inside of Ralph’s in case you’re trying to find it. To go kitchen only. The food was prepared on-time and they are open late (Midnight) based probably on proximity to UCLA campus. Had the chicken sandwich and loaded fries. 😋
