DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE AT FT. HUACHUCA! I placed an order for a class plaque and submitted the template with all names spelled correctly. I was given a completion date that was reasonable and approved the proof (the proof did contain 2 typos - 100% my fault). The order was not complete on the original completion date, so I came back the next day and it still wasn't complete. I returned 2 business days after the completion date and picked it up and discovered the 2 typos. The lady that does the engraving (I don't know her name) would only redo it if I paid full price for a new one. I told her that was excessive and the original proof that I sent was correct and I've been more than respectful, despite having to make multiple trips and them missing their own deadline and all I asked for was if we could come up with a solution but she wouldn't budge and was very rude. For the record, Mary, who took the order was very helpful and understanding.

The products here look great, but the customer service is atrocious.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Time and time again this place falls short on customer service, and quality. They aren’t timely, they don’t pay attention to detail, and they are expensive. Guarantee most of these 5 star reviews are fake. This place is trash

I personally would not recommend this place for their custom garments and embroidery. Their "SPORT-TEK" polo's are very cheaply made. Very thin material and if you order the white color you can see completely through it when worn. My white polo also came with a stain on the collar that I didn't notice until I left the shop. Their "SPORT-TEK" hoodie is also of cheap quality. Custom embroidery has loose strings hanging off the lettering/logos and missing string in certain spots. Not worth the price.

The company never called to say our order was ready for pick up, and did not return calls left on their business line or texts sent to their business cell phone either. We paid in full in advance for custom plaques. Unfriendly counter person. Disappointing customer service overall. We considered having them do our upcoming event Tshirts because we want to support local area businesses, however given our negative experience with this company we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Walked in with a service request on my motorcycle cowl for race numbers and letter stickers to be printed. They were super friendly and helped right on the spot with so much enthusiasm and energy! It was a great experience and they were all super helpful. Thank you!
