I wish I could give 0 stars. We cancelled service in Nov. 2020 and to date have not received a refund and above that they are continuing to charge us! Mike, the owner, has always had an excuse, saying his office person has been out. Final straw - today Jan 22, 2021 - he hung up on me!!!

Poor management , failure to resolve issues...paid penalties 3 times because their system didn't contact me about alarm. Ask to hear recording of their effort to contact me..refused, said I will cancel service and hung up on call.
