Josh at Webskey was AWESOME. Talk about saving the day. I thought I had completely destroyed my website after getting some bad advice from an out-of-country Tech Support Rep associated with my Hosting company. Over the course of several weeks and several calls, and once they realized it was messed up beyond their capabilities, they said I was on my own. I stuggled for weeks before my cousin recommended Josh Dunn. After describing the course of events that led to my site perpetually crashing, and all I had attempted to do to fix it, Josh quickly determined the cause and a gameplan. He communicated with me throughout the process and in short order, my website was LIVE again!!!! I was so overjoyed that I had not lost years of research and content. Josh was a lifesaver and I can’t express enough the gratitude I have for him working diligently on my behalf. I have had to teach myself everything I know about hosting a webpage.
