I paid for my order(obituaries) in full up front and paid extra for my order to be ready the next day. I had my design, layout and font already done and just needed them to be printed out, borders cut and bound together. I was told they would be ready before the end of business day the following day which was on a Friday. I had to call to check on my order Friday around 4 because I hadn’t heard from the staff.I was told that my order was on the printing machine and the binding machine was jammed said she would send me a video of one that was put together(lady at the front desk) I hadn’t received a video by 430 so I went up there. Once I arrived the lady at the front desk never even acknowledged that I was in the building. The guy in the back asked me to come to the back where he showed me the issue was the letters were being cut off. He explained that he hasn’t been there all day and had just recently arrived. When I received the final product I was highly disappointed because the pages were not even, the borders were not cut and the obituaries were not bound together in any way. Some obituaries were missing pages. I was told I would get a discount on my next order as if I’ll revisit again.

Worse service it’s been 6 months I pay them half upfront they put half of the sign on my gas station after that they never pickup my call and when I go to the office the guy at the front desk said boos is not here I went to the office almost 20 times same answer all the time waste 6 months

5 out of 5! Never using another graphic design company again! Had some problems with the last graphic designer I used, and Fernando brought me in for ALL of my graphic design needs for my company at an INEXPENSIVE and reasonable price. Super super quick too, there have been times I'd give him a call and he would switch up my logo colors for a new site, new business cards, clothing prints, and even yard signs before we even got off the phone. Super awesome guy that takes good care of his customers! Doesn't claim your logo either like some other people might do!
