Not such a great WM. It's a pretty small one with not very many options. Very chaotic and crowded And totally disorganized. Missing a lot of the key things that Walmart usually has. I guess that's what happens when you have a Canadian Walmart.

Worst service with photo options.Need to pay for both hard and digital copy of your photo.(Even if you didnt need soft copy you need to pay for those too .We cant call this as a business .

I went to Walmart today, this is the first time I shopped at Walmart Whitehorse. I just came from Toronto last night. All the staff are very friendly, not like at downtown Toronto Dufferin Mall that pretend they are busy when you ask something. One thing that I did not appreciate, when I tried to find a loonie for my cart, the security (a young Asian girl)came to me and asked "are you just coming in and not buying anything?". I spent $250 just today shopping, but one thing that you need to fix is to find professional security that don't just glare at and question customers. Your staff are amazing at Whitehorse.

They don’t have much. I think it’s awful that they won’t let RVs spend the night. We spend a ton of money at Walmart. Going to get my supplies somewhere else.

The staff are nice, courteous and prompt. Online pick ups are always early. I arrive earlier than stated pick up times and they are always ready for me even when I'm an hour or two early. I'd rather shop here than anywhere else if only they had fresh produce! If they did start bringing in fresh produce, we would most likely exclusively shop here!
Navdeep, the managers and others are always smiling and always happy to help me load up our purchase which takes a lot of time! Always appreciate the help they provide. Thanks to all staff and keep it up!

Likely our misunderstanding, but we entered expecting to do a full grocery shop. Unfortunately, fresh produce is not offered at this store. What we bought was basic dry goods, but virtually no produce. Perhaps we missed it? If so, the produce was not obvious. Not a criticism. Just be aware that we did not find the produce.
