Was in store this week ....a big shout out to Francisco? His greeting when we entered the store and his helpful nature and compassion my husband needed to get out and I needed to shop at walmart..my husband needed a scooter cart because he's unable to walk very good.this employee seen us help him into store .he took it upon himself to get a cart for my husband. Telling us to just wait and he brought it over to us .he is such a caring employee it was a good shopping day. I normally run in to store get few items then leave this way I was able to spend more time shopping and my husband was enjoying his day. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

Do y’all never answer your phone? No dept is required to answer a phone call? I called back and each time hit a different dept #. It just rings and rings and rings… Called Target and someone picked up. Got my flatscreen TV there instead. You snooze, you lose.

Great place to shop. The only thing is they always only have like 1 or 2 registers open, even on busy days. Other than that it's a good clean environment and well organized.

This evening I went inside the store with my developedmentally delayed client. While waiting at customer service he said hi to the security and he rudely ignored him. My clien assumed he hadn't heard him so he asked him again Hi, how are you doing. He ignored him again , made a face and walked away. There was no reason for the security officer to act like that with a client who was simply greeting him .

I was here to return some stuff, but the lady working at Customer Care was so rude with me and say me you are lying without having any proof. I said her I can read. You can check the cameras before pointing on me, but she was just so rude that is not acceptable. Is it just because of racism, please don’t do in the Walmart, please. Walmart just keep an eye upon this matter. This is not only me some people for my community. They they don’t know how to complain, but they feel exactly same thing, happens with them

I could pretty much be guaranteed to find what I walk in to get and end up walking out with much more. Although Walmart prices have gone up some, along with everybody else, I could still find what I’m looking for at a more reasonable price.

I like coming to this Walmart because it offers more products than other Walmarts in Tulare County. It even has Latino products. I highly recommend this Walmart location over other Walmarts in Tulare County.
