Superb customer service! Keith returns phone calls promptly and answered all of my questions about converting to the new system. I was very pleased with the pricing and the ease of transition! I didn't realize my company wasn't optimizing the technology that was available to us until Vulcan showed me what they could do for us! We don't miss phone calls now, even when we're out of the office, and we were able to set up customized voicemails and transfer agent leads with the push of a button. Vulcan Telecom installed a hosted VOIP phone system for us back in the fall.
