I was referred to this company after positing an ISO on Facebook. The first day I went into the company it sounded like it would work great. I ordered 4 men's shirts, 2 women's shirts and brought 2 backpacks in to get embroidered. I was told it could be done no problem and would be done within 2-3 weeks. I had nothing but problems with this company and would receive messages about every week on how there was some other issue they ran into but they "wanted to make it work". After almost 2 months I ended up with no backpack embroidery, no women's shirts and 4 men's shirts with the logo in the wrong spot. Also had to fight to get back 2/3 of the money. I wanted the whole order canceled and a full refund. They had horrible customer service and would lie about what was really going on. I would never recommend them to anyone EVER. The owner never made contact with me and the employee Jerrid was so clueless on customer service and how to even operate the business. I wouldn't mind seeing this company go out of business. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Jerrid at Unlimited Promotions is incredible! I came in for a vision of what merchandise I wanted for my business, The Flow Spot and he turned that right on its head. He had so many wonderful ideas and showed me around his shop. The amount of options and ideas is unlimited. Hence the name! I'm so pleased with how everything came. He now has a new client and friend for life!

UPG has been one of the best companies to work with. They are very reliable and easy going about any project you can possibly imagine. They have helped me out with banners, business cards and decals.
