I was also impressed by the thought and care that she puts in her work…I had a lovie embroidered as a gift and Brandie used a smaller font as not to be a choking hazard in case the thread came loose! Normally I won't post a bad review of anything, but I feel it is necessary in this situation. I sent 1 jacket and 2 shirts to Ultimate Swag to have my school logo embroidered on them. The staff was great to work with and did an excellent job with the logo. However, due to a machine malfunction, one of my shirts was messed up beyond repair. The staff was quick to let me know what had happened and to let me know they were ordering another shirt to be embroidered at no charge to me. The shirts I submitted were quality shirts made by Propper (military uniform manufacturers) and were of a high quality. US ordered a replacement shirt for the one that was ruined. The supplier for the replacement shirt (Sport-Tek) was not an exact match in color or quality. The shirt was darker in color and the security logo was on the opposite side from the rest of my work uniforms. So now I have one shirt that doesn't match all my others. This lack of attention to detail is what has led me to this review. It was suggested to me that the next time, let them order the shirts and do all of the work...
