They barely run on time, most of the time they’re . If the dispatcher says they’re leaving on time it’s because they didn’t run the first two scheduled routes.
You asked to speak to a supervisor they put you on hold for 10 or 15 minutes then come back and tell you that they had problems.
If you try to schedule a ride, they either don’t answer their phone or they have no driver for their mini transit bus.
So if you want to spend two hours on the phone, trying to get a ride, call them.
If you’re a senior and you have to sit at the bus stop when the temperature is over 100° for over an hour it’s not really a big deal to them. Since it seems to happen quite often. Guessing on the average more than three times a week. care of the bus stop well here are some pictures..

Rarely does a bus show up in time in my experience. Frankly, this is the most unreliable public transit i have used. Buses will either show up late, or not at all. I understand buses sometimes show up late, there are a lot of factors they can’t account for, but they have no way of informing the public of the situation. I, and many others, rely on Time Transit to get to school, so I would want to to know before I spend over half an hour waiting for a bus that isn’t coming. I would only recommend Time Transit as a last resort. They need to update their schedules or create a way for people to get updates on their routes. This has happened countless times and I’m honestly sick of it.

Without a car (transmission problems) I have been walking or riding a bike to get around. The weather is now too cold so I have been using the transit system here in town. I have stopped at the station twice. Both times I was greeted with a smile. I was given clear directions on how to get where I was going. I was even given change for $5... I think that's the highest bill they accept. There are benches inside instead of sitting in the outside cold. I'm not sure of the hours/days that they are open - definitely M to F.

Once again, the guy wouldn't let me use the restroom when it's cold wet and raining outside. Why can't these city workers be more compassionate towards us folks who still ride their outdated system?
