Similar to later reviews. Call, text, email—didn’t show up. Left project undone. Paid for AV on project, created change orders never signed. Had to get Lutron corporate involved; Lutron advised very similar. HVAC contractor Hendricks also advised time and time again, pulling teeth to show up for jobs or reply. Unfortunate.

Amanda and Ponch installed a whole house antenna a few years back at our home. We had an "oopsie" with the cable to the antenna over Christmas Break, and they were out to fix it within hours of my plea for help. The initial install TruMedia did for me was very good. However, I have been trying to get them back out to service my system for over two years. They keep saying they'll get to me in a couple of weeks but never do. I have called and texted them 2-3 times per week for the last three weeks and they won't schedule a time to provide service.
