We stopped and spent the night in our motorcycle trip to Prudhoe Bay. We camped right by the river and I never heard traffic once. I liked it very much.

It was nice staying there. It could use a bit more maintenance though. The highway is very near but the traffic goes down to almost nothing at night so it's ok.
There is a river accessible.
Fire pits and picnic tables are at every spots, but mosquitoes are ruining it of course.

I planned this trip for about 3 months we did the loop up and around Fairbanks my sister and I the one place on my mind that I wanted to stop was this Campground the idea of camping next to the river sounded fantastic to me it was everything I hoped it would be it wasn't crowded at all in fact we were the only ones there so we had to pick of the litter when it came to spots we arrived early in the morning that may have given us the advantage it was clean well-kept in the bathrooms weren't that bad either the only downside to it is there was a scary kind of cabin right next door campsite we poked our heads in and immediately turned around maybe something could be done with that

Pretty basic. Sites are sandy. They have back in forest sites and a line of pull thru sites near the road. You can hear the road noise. We paid $18.

Nice place but the bugs are INSANE! They bite through your clothes! Also, no water available. The pump is broken.
