I need the contact info for the General Manager. Your company had come out in our area to install new fiber lines for Northwest Communications. Well you started drilling and digging PRIOR to locating being complete. I know this for a fact and have documented it. You should NEVER have done this work until locates were done. Because of this we have been without our internet which is trough another company, for over a week and half, and now my internet provider is telling me it will not be fixed until July 10th. I have lot TWO major contracts for my own personal business due to not having my internet. I run a business from home and rely on my internet. I get accidents happen but pure Negligence!! Does not! Someone needs to pay for this mistake and my loss of contracts! I will be perusing this. As a business owner myself with a business account with locating companies I know how my company cannot dig irrigation lines, retaining wall or foundations until I have been given an all clear of locating being done! So this is a bad mistake guys! Not a good move to just dig anyway to hurry up and get your job done. Look what happens now. Many many people screwed without communications because of your negligence! I’d like to be in touch with a person in charge asap!

Tjader did some underground cable in the ditch by our house. When doing so, they ran over our woven wire fence with their equipment, crushing our fence, breaking holes in it, and pulling loose 2 wooden posts. I had to bug them for 2 weeks before they came out and "pretended" to fix our fence. The posts are still leaning over and are so loose to where you can wiggle them with one hand, the fence is 6 inches off the ground now, (that will not keep my dogs in any more) and their sew job to fix the holes looks like a 5 year old kid did it. They do not take their job serious and could care less about other peoples property.

They were hired by Lakeland communications to run fiber optic in my area. Instead of just coming in the yard to put their buried cable post up the came in from the ditch and ran over our fence. They have been notified but have yet to come back and fix it. They blamed it on a new guy.......one of their crew came to fix it over a week layer and he apparently doesn't know how to fix fence. Joke of a company.

The people at the office are very Professional and I appreciate that. But their Crews put people in danger and act like kids on big equipment. Their crew in this area had a front loader that also had a digger on the other end and the bucket for the loader was well over half full and they had two people on the equipment running it so fast that it was bouncing and they were within 50 ft. of an elementary school and a little girl about 5-7 was walking on the road near the curb and their crew was bouncing along 50 ft. or less from this little girl having a grand ole time. And they have made a mess all over town and their attitude is I never heard of that or basically their manerisms are I do not care. They have left multiple holes and deep ones at that open with no Cones in or by them in several places around town and when I talked to any of the crew its well we do not have enough cones to mark every hole or Oh we are going to fill that soon. I live across from the elementary school in this town and little kids and older kids walk across my yard and other peoples yards all the time and the kids and the thieves, yes thieves that have stolen from me 4 times since I moved here could get seriously hurt and the crews attitude is so what.

Again the Office people are very professional. The work crews, well lets just say there is not a one of them that should be working, I would not hire one of the people on their work crew in this area.

The Tjader & Highstrom crew just left my place after burring a fiber optic line up my driveway. Found water bottles scattered about the areas they worked stomped flat and left lay. Not a huge deal, definitely unprofessional and annoying.

They Don't care about people's yards. Just drove over the corner of mine sunk a track about 10' long and 1/2' deep. Mud and clay slung all over. Thanks alot

They came in our yard and completely destroyed my ditch with 6" ruts.... absolutely horrible.
