Our home was a contractor’s special and their knowledge and experience with construction was extremely helpful in pricing and marketing the home appropriately. They have a lot of connections to real estate investors in the local community and did a lot of legwork prior to our property hitting the market to spread the word about it which helped generate a lot of interest. We were very impressed by the photos their photographer took of the interior and exterior of the house. The sale went into contract quickly and we were away on travel but Tiffni did an excellent job of communicating and getting us all the documents we needed to sign to make sure the transaction went smoothly. She was always available to answer our questions, which was very reassuring. Highly recommend this team!

I feel very fortunate to have found Tiffni Hald and Colton Hald, a mother and son team with Re/Max Gold in Grass Valley, CA. I had a small home in Grass Valley however, I now reside in Hawaii and was very nervous to attempt selling the home long distance.
