Local station 102.1 FM / 1340 AM. 1340 Country listener as I can't tolerate much of the genre on the FM side. Good mixture of Classic country songs, but depending on certain DJs have moved more toward what we like to call "Hick Hop Country" (Luke Bryant, Luke Combs, Kane Brown, ext). More classic country could be played but limit it mostly now to their show 70s at 7PM. Lot of daily repeats as they seem to let computer pick with not much human input. Local news is the best part, on the hour for AM, every half for FM, DJs (depending on day) bring their life and attitudes to work and it shows in their less than desireable comments and wise cracks... like a old reply of Joe and the Poorboy morning show for a station centered to be focused to "Older Listeners". LOTS and lots of commercials almost drowns out the music that is played. We all know it takes money to run, but why not a commercial free block like other stations (80% of most) do. Ladies Line... a local Buy/Sell/Trade program hosted by Kelly. Let's just say if she isn't doing the program that day change the knob or power down your radio. The stars based on above with more that wasn't added but most help is their Saturday Night Flash back show on FM that plays a good amount of old hits along with a ton of requests.

Very nice, welcomed me right in. I felt right at home.. even got to meet the whole crew. I grew up listening to WLEW.in harbor beach and Bad Axe.it meant a lot to shake hands. Thanks.
