Picked up a new KX450 here. Everyone there was great, comfortable experience with the salespeople and I wasn’t pushed at all. The were very descriptive and honest with any questions I had to ask. Quickest dealership experience I’ve had. Will definitely visit again!

Really nice people at Thompson’s. I’ve stopped in before to look around but this was my first time as a customer and I couldn’t be happier. I ordered some parts and had some work done on my motorcycle. I appreciated how up front and transparent they were on everything. Went to couple other dealers in Illinois and they just weren't trying to work with me didn't even show any care to try and work with me. Came back to town went into Thompson's looking for bike I had seen online and Brandon one of the salesman ended up being who I walked up to and he did a great job and and showed me the bike and actually helped me and gave me straight answers and was able to get a deal done. Even after purchase they had noticed clutch seemed to slipping and they could have just let me go about my way but didn't. They put a brand new clutch in it and had it ready to go in a few days. Brandon kept his word and stayed in touch with me like he said he would. Goes along way to me when someone keeps their word and does the job they know they were hired too do and doesn't make you feel like your just another sucker buying something. I came in today to get a oil change on my R-Maxx and let me say this, Spencer was amazing to work with. I not only had the oil change done but also had the transmission done. Great guy and a pleasure to speak with.
