I'm in here regularly. The folks here are always friendly and helpful even when they're busy or things go sideways! I had an issue with a package (fault of the shipper) and they went out of the way to correct it on their end, even though they were not at fault.

Yesterday I had to go into the UPS store to mail a package and was dreading it as mailing things can be stressful. But, this wonderful employee Lucy answered all of my questions with ease and was so kind! I never once felt rushed, and she made my day.
