This newspaper is one of the oldest newspapers around. I enjoy the sports section as it has good coverage of local sports. I have been reading this paper since I was a child.

I don't like the political slant of the newspaper. It's distasteful for a reputable newspaper to have such a hefty political agenda.

My experience at this business may vary from others but I honestly say that it all starts there. From the reporters to the editors to the ones that print and insert; all the way to the customer in where you kick your shoes off and catch the hometown paper. I mean it's a process I've always took for granted in fetching the paper for mamaw 🙂 lol. Alot of hard work and dedication goes into the process. All I can say and in this time of year with the holidays is, let's be more mindful in the things we use, want, and need. Let's be thankful our hometown paper is as great as our hometown. Small Big Good ol Greeneville and Greene County. May God bless us all from where it starts to the destination.
