I accidently called and left a message with Dish Doctor about a problem I was having with my Dish Network (another local Dish dealer had installed our Dish network). I was treated very disrespectively by the Dish Doctor employee who returned my phone call. He went on and on how I did not have a business card from the other dealer (who must not be reputable) and how I had called the wrong company. He complained that I had not supported the local community by having Dish installed by an out of town company (which was untrue, as my Dish dealer is right down the road). He continued berated me and I had to hang up. I will never purchase anything from this company and will not recommend Dish Doctor to any of my friends and/or neighbors.
