I tried to apply for an open position here, but the application didn’t seem to go through when I hit submit. I called to check on it, they said there was no one available to help. I called the next week, they transferred me, no one picked up so I left a voicemail with all of my contact info. I waited another week and filled out the inquiry form on the website to see if someone would get back to me. Then after another week of waiting, I sent an email to the person listed on their website. Never heard anything back. Really disappointing to spend so much time on an application and then reach out four times to try and politely follow up just to be ignored.

I just called this company and someone answered the phone which was great, but it was down hill from there. I asked if there was someone I could speak to and ask some questions. The person asked who I was and what company I was with; almost as if he was annoyed. I told him I'm a small business owner who was looking for help with branding and video advertising. He told me to go to their website and fill out the contact form and that it would expedite the process. I was on the phone with him and he couldn't help me or offer to schedule a consult? I called them because I found their website and I wanted to ask a few questions, not fill out a form and hope someone might call me. If you don't have willingness to help a customer who comes to you and is on the phone with you I would be surprised if anyone ever would respond to a contact form. It was as if he couldn't be bothered, and by the way, his tone wasn't very pleasant either. Please keep in mind I have not done business with this company, my review is based on the experience I had with them in an effort to do business.

We hired The Creative Company for a short-term, specific web development project and had a great experience! Our particular project involved Authorize.Net, Gravity Forms, and WordPress. We specifically worked with Craig. We had a video chat with him at the start of our project. He asked great questions and left us feeling confident that he understood exactly what we needed. During the course of the project, he regularly communicated with us and was very quick to respond to our questions. In the end, the work completely met our expectations and stayed exactly on budget. There were no surprises. We would definitely work with The Creative Company again!
