Cottage Pros, LLC was the only company that called me back when I requested a quote on a brand new bathroom. They were excellent from day one! They arrived at my house immediately to look at the space. They made me feel as though they were really interested in taking on this project even with their extremely busy schedule. I was pleasantly surprised when they wanted to begin months sooner than planned and they made sure that I was in the loop with every decision that had to be made.

The people are the best part of this company! Right from the beginning, Robert, Matt, Jerry and crew, Steve and crew, and Jim and Jess went above and beyond and collaborated seamlessly to ensure my husband and I were extremely happy with our new space. They not only do wonderful work, but their customer service is outstanding. Our bathroom turned out AMAZING!!

The Cottage Pros were the only local company willing to take on our complex lake cottage renovation. Most companies wanted to tear down and rebuild. We are very happy with the end result. They recently completed a new deck which we are also very happy with. We will continue to use them for future projects.

Cottage Pros helped me install my new Bathroom. They ended up busting my pipe and now a flood started in the Bathroom. When I asked them to fix it they gave me atitude. Not only that they took 18k from me and won't refund anything. My house has water damage and nothing I can do. Do not do business with these people. Unhonest!

I’ve been taking my boat there for years to be shrink wrapped, has always been the best price in the area. This year they raised their prices by 25%. i called to talk and see why and was told they raised prices because that’s what everyone else is charging. I reviewed the price guide they sent in september and it did not mention a price increase for shrink wrapping only shrink wrap and storage unless i missed something. No mention of a price increase when i scheduled Very disappointed, will for sure be considering other companies for this service next year.

Local company. Thought they would be reliable and help out a neighbor. Called multiple times during open business hours, and left voice mails. No response. Can’t speak on quality but nowhere near reliable it seems.

Earlier this year my siblings and I decided to use the Cottage Pros services for our family cottage, and it has already become the best thing we’ve done! Every employee is so nice and they do an amazing job with cleaning the inside of the house, as well as yard clean up. My brother and I didn’t have to fight over who had to shovel snow and put out the dock for the season since the Cottage Pros were able to do it all. Our gatherings with family and friends are much more relaxing and enjoyable now that we use the Cottage Pros! We look forward to continuing to use their services for our cottage.
