When we were considering selling our house in Tracy, I casually asked a realtor friend, who happens to live in Texas, how to find the best realtor for our purpose. My friend started to look at data of the market in our area, realized that Lisa’s name sticks out. She even interviewed her and then called “I found you a realtor” 
And she was right: Lisa is well connected in the area and selling with Lisa and her company went very smoothly. We did all possible inspections up front, with every finding, Lisa guided us on what needs to be addressed and which findings are minor and will not deflect a buyer. At the time of moving out she and her assistant Karen Ruth helped us finding people and places for donating items and furniture.
