When you tell people you work in a recruitment agency they ask you questions like how many hours overtime do you do to hit your target and how stressed you are.

Working at Templeton you are not forced to work overtime but people are happy to stay a bit longer if they want to and they get rewarded and appreciated for their hard work with fun incentives and a nice environment.
