I hope there is enough space here to express all of the wonderful feedback we have for Joel and Audrey. When Audrey first spoke with us about contracting with her as a buyer’s agent, we weren’t sure we were ready to work with one agent exclusively. But after Audrey patiently explained how it works and gave us a bit of time to consider it, we called her back and were all in. They were always available when we had questions, were quick to respond, and did a video walk-through of a cottage when we couldn’t take time off to make the drive! The day we found our cottage, we had an appointment with Joel to see 2 properties-from a listing that was sent to us. The night prior, Joel learned of a cottage that had not yet been put on the market and sent us pictures to view. He added that to our itinerary, and it was the one! It checked all of our boxes. Audrey had listened to what we wanted (and didn’t want) and Joel had done his homework too. Team Martincheck guided us through the entire process and we are so happy with our new lakefront haven!

Audrey is amazing, worked with her to purchase a lakefront property. She walked us through the offer and purchasing process, answered all of questions and even scheduled the land evaluation to be performed. I would recommend Audrey to anyone planning on buying a home or property “Up North”, her knowledge of the area and the local real estate market was invaluable and her enthusiasm and professionalism made the entire experience stress free.

I always thought using a real estate agent was a waste when trying to buy a home. They are paid on commission and want to sell the home. So they have the sellers best interest not mine, until I met Audrey. She is a little power house. Full of drive and God's love. She went out of her way contacting people to get a house I could afford for my boys and I. She even took no commission from the seller, after months and months of work, so it could be sold at the amount the bank approved me for. All while she was investing tons of her time to clean, pack and find people to help a wonderful older couple who needed to sell their home. She even let that client know she knew a good housekeeper who could help with the cleaning and moving and referred her to me. Knowing it would help that client and help me as well. It's connecting members of our community together and creating friendships and bonds. She is not a real estate broker, she is your friend, mentor, guide and assurance. She is not just invested in the sale, she is fully and unconditionally invested in you. One of the most amazing and inspiring people I have ever met.
