If I could give TDS O stars I would. Their services are poor quality and HIGH prices. Have to spend 100$ for a landline that we don't use just to have internet. Their TV package is high priced for the quality service that you get. Can't get assistance when needed or techinical support when you need. Can never long in to our account and nothing has ever changed to the user name or password from each sign in. Hold times are excessively long. If I had an alternative Internet provider and TV plan but our area is limited. When ever anyone asked if TDS is any good I tell them if they have altnative internet or TV services to use them not TDS as they won't be happy for sure. I give TDS telecom a 0 Star!

I left work to meet the technician for installation. I waited 2HOURS and no one showed up. Never received a phone called about it either, which would have been appreciated since they wasted my time. Especially since a new appointment would need to be set up. A little tip for TDS, don’t confirm an appointment if you aren’t going to show up.
