I have been with this company for almost 3 years now and I can’t think of anything bad to say. I have experienced some issues with outages, but it wasn’t very long and they had things up and going again quickly. I am super happy with my service there and everybody is super nice.

I have used Sunrise since they installed their cable along East Mullett Lake. I have recently up graded to their 1GB service on their upgraded fiber cable which more than meets our needs. Sterling came to our home and did more than expected adjusting our equipment being sure we are getting the full benefit of the 1GB service. I would fully recommend Sunrise.

We had an internet problem at our cabin. Sunrise sent Sterling out the next day. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He checked all components and promptly fixed our problem!! Thank you for your great customer service!!

When the internet doesn’t work, it’s frustrating. Sterling, from Sunrise, came with an updated modem and spent as much time that was needed to investigate our service problem. From our outside connections to our inside devices, he found a bad cable connection behind an outlet. Once he fixed the issue and connected an updated modem, problem solved. Thank you so much.

I live right here in Onaway, yet its still terrible. First, terrible speeds, i average about 1 mbps if even on the 500gb plan. About every other day the connection will be terrible, and you never go a week without it going down completely at least 3 times, with terrible maintenance response time. The customer service is terrible aswell. When the internet goes out, so does the cell booster so in order to call to tell someone that our internet has been out for two days, we have to go walk down the road half a mile to get cell service, and that doesnt make it easy to deal with rude customer service. Not to mention the terrible speeds with one thing running, if you have the nerve to try to watch a video on your phone while gaming, the video and game are both practically un-operable. Im a twitch streamer and need to be able to trust my internet to not go out every other day and fluctuate in quality every twenty seconds. Please step up your game sunrise...

I wish 0 stars existed. The internet service is poor due to the lines ran from indian river to mullet lake have been broken so many times over the years. The line is over 30 years old and cannot support high speed internet although customers are being charged afull price for the service. For years there have been numerous outages...But never any credit to a bill. Today I recieved a call I was behind on my bill which was untrue. At first Rose the rude woman from billing said it was from November. November is still not over yet and she said I paid for November on the 3rd. Then said ovtober... but also on the 3rd it was paid. She became angry and discon
nected my service which my business depends upon instantly after our call. Choose anyone other than Sunrise communication for service.
