I have had Star Communication for many years. Very happy with the quality of the internet service. Our down time due to equipment failure was very minimal over the years. The customer service and Technical service is top notch! I recently started working from home needing a high upload service, which created us to find a new internet provider 🙁 I would highly recommend Star Communication though for a family needing a quality, affordable internet service!

Everyone I've talked to at Starcom is incredibly friendly and helpful. They were on their game when the power went out in April for a couple of days. Our router was not working after the power came back up and the service worker was out to our house the same day. We get horrible service at our house and need our wifi to make calls and we were incredibly grateful they came out same day to fix our issue.

Great customer service. Not the best product. Buffers on one device running and when you call for trouble shooting advice, you are told to unplug and replug. Problem still comes back. Almost seems like the speed you pay for is not what you receive. Still is best available for rural homes unfortunately.

I cannot say ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about Star Communications! We could not get any internet service at my home since we built 20 years ago. We always had to connect with our phone plan which had limited data, so we could not give out our password to anyone when they came over, could not live stream Netflix or YouTube etc.
Then in Feb. 2020, we got a flyer that said Star Communications was going to be available in my neighborhood -- in March of 2020, I started working from home and was so very grateful to have gotten this service at just the right time!
Whenever I call or have an issue, they are always so accommodating and friendly and try to fix my issue ASAP, but honestly, I've probably only had to call maybe 3-4 times in the past 3.5 years and every time has been a simple fix except for once when they had to replace my router, but even then, it was a seemless process!
Thank you Star Communications for giving top-notch service ALWAYS!!

Ashley and Kasi are friendly, helpful, and do a wonderful job. The technicians are knowledgeable and troubleshoot problems. Very happy with Kurt’s installation today. 5+ stars! Can't say enough good about the customer service. We have had star as our internet provider for several years now and have been really happy with the consistency of the internet. Recently we had an issue where we didn't have internet. It was noon on Friday and I called and Cassie was fantastic and wanted to make sure we didn't go the weekend without internet and made sure to get a technician out yet that day. Scott came out and spent over 2 hours until nearly 8:00pm to make sure we were all taken care of. A huge thank you and we are very appreciative to have that kind of service. We all know in today's world being contected to the internet is definitely important, I would highly recommend Star Communications to anyone that is in their growing service areas.

Unfortunately this company's "POLICIES" are more important than keeping a customer. As they have added customers to their service their WIFI has become very unreliable. They will tell you are getting the correct download an upload speeds and there must be something connected to your router using all your data. Numerous neighbors have gotten this same response. I would not recommend and if you are wondering why they have so many wonderful reviews, they ran a contest to get them.
