Disappointed by the quality of the product: 1) Item is not sturdy and would require a thicker material and considering the dimensions should come automatically with the upgrade, 2) colors are offset compared to the original document sent, there was no proof check proposed before execution, 3) execution was poor with a while stain on the sign (no color printed) and 4) Hardware is very small and disappointing. In fact, only the packaging made of wood and carton panels is excellent. Customer service was responsive to claim but not helpful at all so no resolution found. I closed the case and moved on.

Despite apprehensions about shipping, particularly when using UPS services, Square Signs exceeded my expectations. The packaging of my three magnets for my instructor vehicle was exemplary. Despite minor bumps the shipping box endured during transit from California to Florida, the products arrived unscathed, thanks to their meticulous packaging techniques.

As someone with graphic design skills, I appreciated the user-friendly platform for uploading my design for print. The process was efficient and straightforward, catering to individuals with varying levels of expertise.

In terms of print quality, Square Signs delivered excellence. As someone who values attention to detail, I was impressed by the precision and clarity evident in my order.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Square Signs and anticipate ordering from them again in the near future. Their commitment to quality, exemplary service, and thoughtful packaging ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for customers.

I had such a wonderful experience with Square Signs. I ordered a large sign (24x30) for a dedication memorial for a local fire station. I worked with Pauline to design it and she was very quick and easy to work with. Then I worked with David when a problem arose. He was so prompt with his response and diligently worked to help me. What a wonderful experience! I worked with David to co-create 18 large metal prints of my nature photography from my last 10 years of walks on my local lands. What a smooth and easy process. David is a master of customer service as well as an artist of layout. He and the staff at Square Signs are highly competent, as well as friendly and kind. My beautiful images were printed and shipped very quickly and the formatting is perfect. The resolution is stunning and what a tremendous addition to our home. I’m never really one to write reviews but they deserve one. I ordered a metal print sign/poster. Was nervous as I was thinking it could be damaged during shipping and sure enough it was.(no fault of their own, it was packaged really well) Talked with Grace from Squaresigns, and they took care of me. They stand by their product and are replacing my product free of charge. It shows they care about their customers unlike other companies out there. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again. You got a customer for life, I got many more signs to print. Thanks guys!!!

I ordered a large decal of my own design. I wanted it a specific size.. What I got was mostly a white pice of paper and my design in the middle much smaller than I ordered. I paid $70 for this.. I explained this decal will not be usable because the size is way smaller than I asked for. No help, all I got was sorry we can give you 20 percent off your next order. Don’t recommend using any of there services whatsoever. They don’t believe in customer service.
