The entire Barnett family are a bunch of crooked, low down, ambulance chasers and LIARS. Chaz is especially incompetent and Charles is the most rotten low life person on earth. Sarah is a mix of the two and is more worried about her ozempic regiment than doing what you ask her to.

I had a wonderful experience with Sara Barnett and her entire staff. She stayed with me to the end, when I received the settlement for the sale of our property.

I am my mothers caregiver. I’m with her daily to provide basic needs. Her cognitive skills have declined since my fathers untimely passing. In preparing my mothers trust, my mother made it clear to Nancy Choate that she “…was lost and did not understand what was going on but her only requirement was that all of her children were in agreement to the terms of her Trust.”
As my mothers caregiver, I expressed grave concerns with the Trust arrangements and that I did NOT agree. However, I would take some time to carefully review the document with my mother and get back with any changes.
Soon after, my brother suffered heart failure and came to live with me. Caring for two adults, while working a full time job left little time for a single person to pour over legal papers.
Months later, Mrs Choate completely disregarded my mothers wishes and, although it is clear that my mother is without her faculties, allowed her to sign papers executing the trust. Mrs Coate, along with the out of state family member who visits twice a year and who appointed herself trustee, should have seen the red flags.
Im extremely disappointed this undue influence occurred within the walls of a legal practice.
