I went here this morning to get my cellphone service switched & after reading the reviews last night I was dreading it. There was a guy named Shawn and he was so respectful , I couldn't have asked for anything better . He came over & helped me to the counter & was so helpful & considering I'm disabled he made sure I was comfortable while he worked his technical magic. I couldn't have asked for better assistance. I'm definitely asking for him on my next visit.

THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY SPECTRUM IS NOT THE PROBLEM it is the employees at the Decatur AL location that I can not deal with. Today, I really wish I could've showed this ho I could fold her uniform with her in it real talk. I'm not even a violent person but talking with your hands all in my face is crazy. Especially on the clock, it really made me question how important my freedom is honestly. if nothing is done about this then I guess, Customer focus: Spectrum puts their customers at the forefront of everything they do. Respect: Spectrum values earning the respect of co-workers and the trust of customers. are just words that look good on paper. I am ending my service after 4 years due to my experience today and I really hope something is done because no one deserves to be treated so poorly. All I needed was to exchange my equipment so anyone with more complex issues... I Feel for you.

VERY RUDE. Keep in mind the wait was long & on top of that one of the employees was very very rude & then was eating while I was asking a question & just kept smacking their food & kept ignoring on what I was saying while talking to her other coworker like if no customer was there it’s very immature of their self & on top of that had an attitude while I was still standing there like dummy waiting for a response from the question I had asked. They need better employees and not rude people.

Canceled our service stilled charged us 61 dollars went to the store and sat there for an hour wait for an hour bc the person infront of us wanted to just talk wasn't doing any kind of business. We took our equipment and paid what we owed to cancel it. She canceled it and we'll here we are three weeks later had to come back to the store to see why we are being charged 61 dollars. We work during the day so trying to figure why my husband sat up there for an hour just to get something done about it. Went to kiosk during this wait and it Is showing the account is still active do not use spectrum or go to this store the customer service is a joke!!!!!

Worst store exp. Ever. Have a line of people and there’s only one person working. Then proceeded to throw her hands up and say I have to go to the bathroom and has been gone for 30 min. Attitude the whole time.

‪Offers a mobile buyout program when I sign up, but the sales rep didn’t transfer correctly so now I’m stuck paying out of pocket. After multiple calls & talking to multiple managers they acknowledged the mistake they made, but refused to do anything about it. ‬

It would really be nice if y'all did maintenance at night and not in the middle of the workday. I love losing internet for several hours each day without notice.
