Awful service for internet, would give it lower if I could. I've had problems for over 6 months now and called countless times just to be told they can only email the local office and wait for them to fix it. Called someone named Michael twice, one time he hung up on me and never called me back and the second time went to voicemail and have been waiting for a call back for over a week now. Have had techs come out and tell me to my face its a line problem and to tell the call center that and have been going around in circles for MONTHS just to get the service I am paying for and STILL have not gotten it fixed as of writing this.

Just like Andrew I’m having the same problem. I pay to $70 a month & still keep losing connection to my damn internet everyday. I’m tired of it, and they came and looked at it left and every since then my internet has not been working the same. It was working better before they came out and checked on it. Maybe I should’ve told them not to just so it could work how it used to. Hopefully this company progresses and fix these issues but until then I will be finding another internet provider. For anyone thinking about getting sparklight I advise you to be ready for bs channels and servers because it seem that none of them work correctly.

Terrible service or should I say no service. I agreed on a time frame at the beginning of the week did a confirmation call the day before the service was supposed to happen. I call sparklite to let them know they haven’t shown up and I was told that they had pushed the time up to 3:30 pm. When I first called about the matter I told them that I work night shift and that I only have the time available in the morning. And they placed that in there notes. Now I’m not usually one to complain about this kind of thing but I do pay over a 100 a month for terrible internet and apparently services people that are clearly lacking in there job I’m honestly thinking about canceling my service and trying something else that’s better and faster.

I pay over 70 a month for high speed internet. I have not had good service since I purchase the internet. I'm about done with them. They come out to look at it and they didn't fix the issue. 70 dollars and have not had good service since purchasing. Very sad. Lose connection every day. Pay for the highest speed and get no speed. 0 Stars if I could. If you want o spend money for no internet sparklight is for you.

Set up was easy! They even had a technician come out and relocate my coaxial cable to a more convenient location in the house FREE of charge. The speed is on point, very fast, no lagging, no outages thus far. I am very happy with my service! 5⭐️

I had issues when I first got it. It was installed and a couple of hours later, it wasn't working anymore. I called and didn't get much help. I posted to angrycustomer and I received a call that a tech would be out later that day. He was. Tech said the refurbished modem went out. It was replace with another modem. It's been working since then but seems a bit slow. I'm not sure if where it was installed is the best place or what the deal may be.

Overall the service is good. Hopefully it will speed up. Yes, I've contacted.

The representative I worked with was amazing he was very courteous and patient. He listened and explained everything extremely well. And the technician was so knowledgeable about the equipment and the install was extremely fast and convenient!
