DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!

They shrank my graphics and made them unusable and refused to refund my money! They do not check to make sure what they're printing is correct like ALL OTHER DTF PRINTERS! They told me it's my responsibility! I would like to know HOW it's my responsibility that THEIR program or website shrank/corrupted my file I sent the EXACT SAME FILE to another DTF Printer and they had NO PROBLEM with it printing correctly! I paid for a 22x36 Gang Sheet that was FULL, the ENTIRE 22x36 and the picture attached is what I received from Southeast Prints!

I have ordered over 10,000 prints in the last couple months from these guys, their quality is second to none; they are on time, every time; and if there is ever a small issue, they take care of it no questions asked. Absolutely the best prints I've found! Customer service is above the the top! Prints are always the best quality. Vibrant colors and soft feel. Local to me so pick up is same day! They love feed back and are always looking for ways to better their products! If i could leave a 10 star I would!

The prints are top quality, super soft & feel great after being pressed They have a fast TAT. My prints are always at my door in 2-3 days. The customer service is outstanding! I appreciate how helpful they are & how fast they reply back with any questions I've had. I love the chat box they have on their website that you can use if you need help with anything while you are ordering.

I’ve worked with a large handful of other print suppliers and I can say with confidence that Southeast Prints is by far the best supplier for my business needs. Their customer service is top notch and shipping times are as fast as you can get (plus they offer free shipping on many orders). And of course their quality is absolutely perfect. My prints do not get pixelated/blurry and application is super easy and always consistent! I will continue to be a customer here for a long time to come.
