I've worked with 6 different marketing companies through my professional career and have always been skeptical with marketing companies in general. Most will give you a bunch of random KPI's and metrics that don't even help grow your brand, business, or sales.

As with any partnership, there can be some hiccups along the road. We did experience one snag in some of our content and instead of us having to dig and find it, Social Surge brought it to our attention, owned the mistake, and quickly rectified it. I was personally very impressed with the accountability and transparency (something quite lacking in my experience with most marketing companies).

Our account manager, Payton, is wonderful. She's extremely communicative and responsive. Any time we have a question or we notice something that needs a tweak, she is able to get it done for us.
